How to turn scattered prospects into a shared recruiting pipeline.
The Recruiting Tracker keeps prospect discovery, profile enrichment, recruiter notes, tags, contact status, and follow-up in one place so good leads are not lost or contacted twice.
What you are looking at
ScoreA prioritization aid based on available prospect signals—not a final recruitment decision.
ProspectName, Torn ID, level, age, and other identity details.
ActivityRecent action context used to avoid spending time on clearly inactive leads.
Faction stateFactionless, currently in a faction, or another known state.
Contact statusNew, contacted, interested, invited, declined, or do-not-contact.
Notes and tagsShared recruiter context, fit, schedule, requirements, and follow-up information.
Step-by-step
Run enrichment
Enrichment adds the profile and activity context the current API permissions allow. A partial result is still useful; it means some optional data was unavailable.
Filter for the current recruiting goal
Use faction state, activity, score, level, age, tags, notes, and API state. A high score is a starting point, not a substitute for recruiter judgment.
Record contact before messaging
Set the status and add a note when outreach begins. This prevents two recruiters from contacting the same prospect without context.
Schedule the next action
Write the follow-up date, response, requirements, or reason to stop contact. Keep the board useful for the next recruiter who opens it.
Recommended status flow
- New: discovered but not reviewed or contacted.
- Contacted: outreach sent; waiting for a response.
- Interested: positive response; needs requirements or interview follow-up.
- Invited: faction invite sent.
- Declined: prospect or faction decided not to continue.
- Do not contact: preserve the reason in notes and stop future outreach.
Common warning states
Needs enrichment
The prospect exists but profile detail is incomplete. Retry when the enrichment pool is available.
Partial API result
Some useful data was saved while one or more optional selections failed. Review the fields that are present.
Already in a faction
Do not assume the prospect is unavailable forever. Use notes and status to decide whether to archive, monitor, or follow up later.
Duplicate-looking rows
Compare Torn IDs. Identity should follow Torn ID, not spelling differences in a display name.
